Guarantee

We have 3 days guarantee period. If you have any concerns after our service, please contact us within 3 days. We would like to do our best to meet your satisfaction.

Reservation

We would need to charge $25 deposit to secure your appointment every time. Please inform us at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment time to cancel or rescheduled. The deposit fee will be refunded once you decide to pay the full amount of the service at our salon.

No show

Customer who does not show up after 15 minutes of their appointment time will be considered a No-Show, you will be charged 50% of your service charge.

No refund

No refunds are offered on every service we provide. If you have an allergic reaction to our services, we can offered one-time removal service for free.
